How Buy Student Art works - Customers

Who are the students?

The students who showcase their artwork on Buy Student Art are all 18 years old and older. "Students" do not have to be currently studying art.

How soon will my artwork be delivered once I have paid for it?

As soon as your payment has cleared, an email and SMS notification is sent to the student and it is their responsibility to send despatch the artwork to you within 2 business days. The student will trigger an email to you to inform you.

How will the artwork be sent to me?

Artwork will be sent to you packaged following Buy Student Art guidelines and sent to you recorded Royal Mail delivery, unless otherwise arranged.

What if my artwork is damaged during delivery?

All artwork will be insured and you should contact us on 01932 857471 or info@BuyStudentArt.co.uk in the first instance. It is most likely that we will ask you to return the artwork and a refund will be given

Are all prices fixed?

Yes all prices are fixed and are exclusive of VAT and include postage costs.

What if I don't like the artwork?

We offer a non-quibble 7 day money back guarantee for ALL artwork. Please check our terms and conditions. In brief, you must send the artwork back to the student in the original packaging and we will refund you, including your costs- no risk
